The cultivated area is cultivated on a plateau of 400m to 1000m, so it is a perfect location that is not damaged by pesticides from the upstream. "HITOMI-GOSUN" carrots are grown in this lush green land. This is a variety born from "Kyoto KINTOKI ginseng" and "Western ginseng". The farmland is fermented with organic fertilizer, and the "HITOMI-GOSUN" carrots are slowly laid under the snow for one winter.
